Follow our care instructions to maximize the life of your order. In the rare event of any issues upon arrival, we're eager to make it right. Floral Arrangement Care

  • To prolong freshness, trim stems at an angle and change water daily.
  • Add room-temperature water upon receipt.
  • With proper care, our arrangements last 3-5 days. If they fall short, we offer a replacement at no extra cost.

Orchid Care

  • Water with a quarter cup once a week, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Post-blooming, trim the stem and continue weekly watering in direct sunlight.
  • Properly cared for, Orchids should last at least 2 weeks. We'll replace any that don't meet this standard.

Cactus and Succulents Care

  • Ensure bright light and dry soil between waterings.
  • Water the soil directly, avoiding the leaves.
  • These plants should thrive for a minimum of 3 weeks with proper care, with replacements available if they do not.

Substitution Policy

  • Our arrangements capture a specific mood or theme, even when certain elements are unavailable.
  • Substitutions, if necessary, maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement, with items of equal or higher value.
  • For particular design elements, please specify them in the checkout instructions or contact us directly to confirm availability.

Return and Exchange Policy

Plant and Flower Sales: All sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Home Decor: Exchange or store credit is available within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

Exchange Policy

We accept returns of undamaged or defective merchandise from our store and website. Full exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

For gift exchanges, the original receipt is also required.

Exchange Process

In-store: Visit us at our store location for direct exchanges.

By mail: Email us at info@chanigreenbaum.com for a return label. Print it at home, and ship the merchandise in a secure package. Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective.

Credit and Refund Processing

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit card refunds and 2-3 weeks for account credit. 

For international returns, allow 2-3 billing cycles for the credit and 4-6 weeks for account crediting.
